Welcome to Emerging Whole.
Hi, I'm Shoshana.
A Bit About Me
Experience
For over a decade, I worked in strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management consulting, partnering with organizations and leadership teams across public, private, and nonprofit sectors to navigate complex, high-stakes transformation.
Throughout the years, I've designed and facilitated executive retreats, strategic planning sessions, leadership alignment workshops, organizational transformations, and challenging conversations involving everyone from frontline staff to senior executives, often at moments of significant change.

Perspective
My understanding of this work didn’t come only from the consulting room. It came from living through my own seasons of uncertainty, where the old answers stopped working and the new ones hadn’t arrived yet.
Those experiences taught me that meaningful change isn't about having everything figured out. It's about learning to trust yourself enough to take the next step before you can see the whole path.
Today, I bring both perspectives into my work: the strategic lens developed through years of facilitating complex change, and the human perspective that comes from navigating it myself.

Credentials
Along the way, I’ve studied organizational psychology, earned an MBA, trained as a Positive Intelligence coach, completed Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead program, and am currently completing training in nervous system regulation through Jessica Maguire’s Nervous System School.
Those experiences have shaped my approach, but more than any framework or credential, I believe lasting change begins when we're willing to be honest about where we are and courageous enough to move forward before certainty arrives.

Read My Experience
Pain is a state of being, not a permanent identity. Somewhere inside the struggle, the uncertainty, the seasons where you barely recognize yourself, there is a path to strength. It’s not a return to who you were before — but something truer than that.
The questions that shape us personally are often the same ones that shape teams, leaders, and organizations. The challenge is often the same: letting go of what no longer fits while finding the courage to move toward what comes next. It’s not about quick fixes or surface-level change. It’s about doing the kind of work that actually holds.
The coaching, the facilitation, the speaking, the writing — all expressions of the same question: what becomes possible when we stop rushing through the hard parts and learn to find our footing inside them instead?

I keep thinking I'm at the end of a story,
the end of the struggle,
and I keep finding out
I'm just in the middle.
